Return & Refund Policy

    Refunds and returns are applicable for all travel services offered by Divine Tours, including flights, accommodations, tours, and package deals. Refund requests must be made in writing via email or through our online contact form.

  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Accommodations: Refunds for hotel cancellations depend on the hotel's specific cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed according to these policies, minus any applicable service fees.
    • Tours & Packages:
      • Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days before departure.
      • For cancellations made 15-30 days before departure, a 50% refund is available.
      • No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure. Or as per Hotels or Airline Policies.
  • Cancellation by Divine Tours:

    If Divine Tours cancels a service or package, customers will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

  • Non-Refundable Services:

    Certain services, such as last-minute bookings and special deals, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

  • Refund Processing:

    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any bank fees associated with the refund process.

  • Changes and Amendments:

    Changes to bookings may incur additional fees. These fees will vary depending on the service provider's policies. Requests for changes must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Customer Responsibility:

    It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers associated with their booking. Divine Tours is not responsible for any charges or penalties incurred as a result of changes or cancellations.

  • Force Majeure:

    In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the individual service providers.
